The host summary window lists all running virtual machines and current resource utilization.
Red Hat hosts a Virtual Machine Manager (in portage: app-emulation/virt-manager) to monitor and manage virtual machines. Note that some features of this desktop application might require Fedora-specific kernel-patches.
