2008-11-01 Open Editing Monday

This is just a notice to all the users of the wiki, Editing will be opening up to all registered users on Monday, and they can begin writing new articles or converting old ones.

I would suggest anyone planning on doing this familiarize themselves with the new list of Templates and the new Naming Conventions.
